1. Defective or Damaged Products If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, you must notify us immediately (within 14 days of receipt) at contact@belvierre.com.

Process: Please send a clear description of the defect, along with sharp photos and/or videos demonstrating the issue.

Solution: Once the defect is confirmed by our team, we will offer the option of a full refund or a new replacement product at no additional cost. If the return of the defective item is necessary, we will provide instructions and cover the shipping costs to the designated return address.
2. Incorrect Product If you received a different product than you ordered (wrong model, color, or size), please contact us within 14 days with photos of the item received. We will arrange the correct solution (dispatch of the correct item or a full refund).
3. Exchanges for Size or Preference We do not offer direct exchanges (item-for-item) for size or personal preference. If you wish to get a different item, you must follow the Return Policy process (return the original item at your own shipping cost) and, separately, place a new order for the desired item.
